At Red Seal Homes we are passionate about supporting our local community. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. Founded in 1978, Second Harvest is on a mission to feed hungry people and solve the hunger issues in our own communities. Every $1 donated to the nonprofit results in four meals for a family in need.
As each Red Seal family moves in, we will simultaneously be stocking the pantries of two local households in need. While we are thrilled to welcome new families into our community, we have not forgotten those who need support. We are here to help. As part of our commitment to continue supporting the families of Middle Tennessee, our team volunteers with the organization on an ongoing basis. Our partnership with Second Harvest began with sorting through 7,949 pounds of food, translating to 6,000+ meals. This is the first of many to come.
